华锦直馏石脑油作乙烯生产原料的可行性研究 被引量:3

摘要 在裂解温度为838,843,848℃,水油质量比为0.50,0.55,0.60,0.65的操作条件下,模拟评价了中国兵器工业集团公司北方华锦化学工业集团有限公司生产的直馏石脑油,并与大庆原油直馏石脑油的模拟裂解评价数据进行了对比。结果表明,华锦直馏石脑油适合在水油质量比为0.6,温度为843℃条件下裂解;华锦直馏石脑油适合作为乙烯生产原料使用;在华锦直馏石脑油裂解油中,氢质量分数为5.44%~8.38%。 Huajin straight -run naphtha produced by Northern Huajin Chemical Industry Group Co Ltd,Norinco Group was simulated and evaluated at pyrolysis temperature ratios of water to nap with Daqing straight Daqing crude oil as 838,843,848 ℃ and mass of O. 50,0.55,0.60,0.65 -run naphtha produced from reference sample. The results showed that the appropriate pyrolysis condition for Huajin straight - run naphtha was mass ratio of water to naphtha 0.6 and temperature 843 ℃ , and under this condition, hydrogen mass fraction in pyrolysis oil was 5. 44% - 8. 38%, indicating that Huajin straight -run naphtha could be used as raw material for ethylene pyrolysis.
