摘要
为提高原油的换热终温,中国石油长庆石化公司通过模拟计算,采用夹点技术对500万t/a常减压蒸馏装置换热网络进行了节能技术改造。主要改造内容是调整换热网络和新增换热面积。与改造前相比,改造后原油的换热终温达到297℃,提高了14℃;加热炉燃料单耗[m(标准油)/m(原油)]下降了0.8 kg/t。
In order to increase the final tempera- ture of heat exchange of crude oil, the heat exchang- er network was retrofitted by software simulation and pinch technology in the 5 Mt/a atmospheric vacuum distillation unit of Changqing Petrochemical Compa- ny, PetroChina. In the retrofit, the heat exchanger network was regulated, and the heat transfer area was increased. The final temperature of heat ex- change of crude oil reached 297 ℃ after the retrofit, 14 ℃ higher than that before the retrofit,and the u- nit consumption of heating fuels [ m ( normal oil)/m (crude oil) ] decreased by 0.8 kg/t.
