乌鲁木齐石化公司轻汽油醚化装置的试生产

Trial production of catalytic cracking light gasoline etherification unit of Urumqi Petrochemical Company

中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司自美国CDTECH公司全套引进加氢催化蒸馏、醚化和异构化技术，新建1套40万t／a轻汽油醚化装置。试车、投产及标定结果表明，各项指标完全满足工程设计要求，投产后企业的汽油品质及产品结构获得了大幅改善；装置的异构化转化率为56．30％-70．57％，100％负荷实际运行综合能耗[m（标准油）／m（原料油）]为23．5kg／t。

Based on an imported CDTECH＇s tech- nology which consisted of hydrogenation catalytic distillation, etherification and isomerization proces- ses, a 400 kt/a catalytic cracking light gasoline etherification unit was completed and put into opera- tion. The results of trial run and calibration showed that the values of all parameters met the need of en- gineering design, gasoline quality and product structure of the company were improved significant- ly. The conversion of isomerization ranged between 56.30% and 70.57%. The comprehensive energy consumption [ m（ standard oil）/m（ material oil） ] at full load operation was 23.5 kg/t.
