摘要
为降低火力发电厂氮氧化物排放水平,三河发电公司在进行锅炉烟气脱硝处理的同时,对锅炉燃烧系统进行了双尺度低氮燃烧器改造,改造涉及主燃烧器和分离燃尽风(SOFA)两部分,改造后进行了燃烧调整试验,使锅炉氮氧化物排放浓度较改造前降低50%~ 70%,达到了预期效果.但调整过程中也出现了再热气温低于设计值的情况,还需要进一步优化和调整,以期达到在控制氮氧化物排放浓度的同时保证机组效率.
To reduce the level of emissions of NOx in thermal power plant, Sanhe Power Plant carried out denitrifica- tion treatment for flue gas,meanwhile,retrofitted boiler combustion system for double-scale low NOx combustion device involving two parts:the primary burner and the separating over-fired air(SOFA). Combustion adjustment test after reconstruction showed the emissions of NOx reduced 50% -70% after the renovation,and achieved the anticipated effects. But there have been the cases that reheat temperature was below the design value in the adjustment process,so it needs to be further optimized and adjusted to achieve emissions concentration of NOx in the control while ensuring efficiency of the unit.
