Subjective Grading Equipment by Massage Test and Its Reasoning

目的:运用视觉模拟评分法设计推拿临床研究用主观量化评分设备,并建立以受试者感受为主的推拿手法轻重组别判定法。方法:选择健康青年男性志愿者,于承山穴做一指禅手法刺激,设备记录受试者主观刺激感受。结果:主观量化评分设备设计合理可用,其轻重手法组x珋±s分别为2.92±1.40,7.95±1.94;P<0.001,ROC曲线下面积0.970。一指禅推拿操作者经验与受试者感受间一致性较高。

Objective：The subjective grading equipment by massage test used visual analogue scale＇s principle,which created a new judgment criteria about the power of the massage. Methods ： Doctor did Yizhichan （ One Finger Zen） on the Chenshan acupoint. Volunteer recorded subjective feeling about the light or heavy Yizhichan manipulation. Results ： The subjective grading equip- ment recorded numbers between 0 - 10, light group recorded 2.92 ±1.40 ; heavy group recorded 7.95± 1.94, area under the ROC curve was 0. 970. The manipulation experience of Yizhichan＇s power was consistent with the feeling by the volunteer.
