两种方案干预胃食管反流病复发对比研究

Comparison of Two Interventions for Recurrence of GERD

目的:对比研究两种方案,即复发因素干预方案,与中成药+复发因素干预方案,干预胃食管反流病(GERD)复发的有效性及差异性。方法:筛选门诊GERD复发病例,且辨证符合气滞湿阻证或胆胃不和证的患者60例,分为药物组和对照组,经相同初始治疗8周后,分别给以上述两种方案干预复发,随访半年,比较两组患者的半年内复发率,进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者的半年内复发率,药物组由治疗前的86.7%降至14.8%,对照组由治疗前的76.7%降至36.0%,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);经本次治疗干预后,药物组半年内复发率(14.8%)低于对照组(36.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种方案均能明显降低GERD患者的半年内复发率,中成药+复发因素干预方案优于单用复发因素干预方案,在辨证分型的基础上,胃宁茶与胆胃宁均可有效参与干预GERD复发。

Objective ： A comparative study on two intervention programs, one is the recurrence factors, and the other is Chinese patent drug ＋ recurrence factors. To explore their effectiveness and differences on intervening the recurrence of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD）. Methods：Firstly, we diagnosed the recurrent sixty patients of GERD, who must belong to qi stagnation and dampness or bravery stomach disharmony of traditional Chinese medicine. Secondly, they were divided into drug group and control group, after the same 8 weeks initial treatment, above two intervention programs were carried out respectively. Followed - up for half a year,we compared the semiannual recurrence rate between the two groups. Results：The respective semiannual recurrencej rate between two groups, the medicine group from 86.7% before treatment to 14.8%, the control group from 76.7% to 36%, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 01 ）. And the recurrence rate of drug group was lower than that of the control group, and the statistical difference was significant （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Both the recurrence factors intervention and the Chi- nese patent drug ＋ recurrence factors intervention can reduce the semiannual recurrence rate of GERD significantly. The Chinese patent drug ＋ recurrence factors intervention is better. Based on syndrome differentiation, both Weining Tea and Danweining can participate in intervening recurrence of GERD effectively.
