益气活血开窍法对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao Formula for Convalescent Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨益气活血开窍法对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的疗效。方法:选择该院收治的115例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的临床资料,其中,观察组58例患者采用益气活血开窍方治疗,而对照组57例患者采用常规治疗。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.11%,明显高于对照组患者,且组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.42,P<0.05),观察组患者的神经功能评分、血脂和血液流变学指标均较对照组患者出现了显著的改变,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血开窍法对改善缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的临床症状和神经功能恢复具有十分重要的作用,值得临床应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao Formula for convalescent patients with ischemic stroke. Methods ：115 cases with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups,including the observation group of 58 cases with Yiqi Huox- ue Kaiqiao Formula and the control group of 57 patients with conventional therapy. Results ： The total effective rate in observation patients was 93.11%, and the difference between groups was statistically significant （ X2 = 5.42, P 〈 O. 05 ）. the observation group＇s neurological function, blood lipids and blood rheology index experienced significant changes than those of the control group patients, with a statistically significant difference between the groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao Formula for convalescent patients with ischemic stroke has a very important role, and it is worthy of clinical application.
