中药联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Benazepril for Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨中药联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:选择该院收治的128例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,其中,观察组64例患者采用中药联合贝那普利治疗,而对照组64例患者采用贝那普利治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.23,P<0.05),观察组患者的24 hUMA、SCr、CCr等指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组患者的血糖指标和血压指标均较治疗前出现了明显的改善,且组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率相当,差异无统计学意义。结论:金芪降糖片与西药联合治疗糖尿病肾病可明显改善患者的临床症状,有利于患者病情的恢复,值得临床应用。

Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with benazepril for treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods ：128 cases with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were divided into two groups,including the ob- servation group of 64 cases with traditional Chinese medicine combined with benazepril therapy, and the control group of 64 pa- tients treated with benazepril. Results：After treatment, the overall effective rate of observation group was 93.75%, significantly higher than that of the control patients, and the difference was statistically significant（ X^2 = 4.23, P 〈 0. 05 ）, observation group＇s 24 hUMA, SCr, CCr other indicators had significant improvement than those of the control group, and the difference was statistical- ly significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group and the control group patients＇blood sugar level and blood pressure targets had improvement than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. There was a considerable in- cidence of adverse reactions in both groups, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with benazepril for treatment of diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the treatment of diabetic ne- phropathy,and it is conducive to the recovery of the patients＇ condition.
