摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果,探讨临床应用价值。方法:2010年1月—2012年3月平稳期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者118例随机分对照组和观察组各59例,对照组戒烟,避免或防止粉尘、烟雾及有害体吸入,辅助药物治疗氧疗等,观察组在对照组基础上加中药辨证治疗,早晚分服,疗程3个月。结果:两组患者干预前生存质量无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预1年时观察组临床总有效率93.22%、生存质量总分(90.34±15.34)分,高于对照组的83.33%、(70.60±12.34)分;观察组年发作次数(0.98±0.45)次、住院时间(14.67±3.56)天,低于对照组的(1.77±0.67)次、(24.56±4.45)天(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期能提高疗效及生存质量、减少发作次数与住院时间,值得临床应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and to discuss the clinical application value. Methods:January 2010--March 2012 118 sta- ble stage of chronic obstructive puhnonary disease cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 59 cases for each. The control group gave up smoking, avoiding or preventing dust, smoke and harmful body inhaled medication, oxy- gen therapy. The observation group on the basis of the control group, added traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syn- drome dil]'erentiation,the course of treatment was 3 months. Results:Before intervention, two groups patients'quality of life showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) ;after intervention for one year, the total clinical effective in observation group was 93.22% , quality of life score (90. 34 + 5.34) was higher than that of the control group 83.33%, (70. 60 + 12. 34) ; observation group epi- sodes (0. 98 ~0. 45) and hospitalization time( 14. 67 + 3.56) days were lower than those of the control group( 1.77 -0. 67), ( 24. 56 + 4. 45 ) days ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion : Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the efficacy and quality of life and reduce the number of attacks and the duration of hospitalization. It is worthy of clinical application.
