47例尪痹患者中医护理体会

TCM Nursing Experience on 47 Cases of Wangbi

目的:探讨尪痹的辨证施护及其他护理方法。方法:47例尪痹患者在药物治疗的基础上,配合中医辨证施护及中药熏洗、情志护理、健康指导等护理措施以缓解病情。结果:47例患者2例因病情需要转外科治疗,45例患者疼痛症状明显缓解,受累关节未进一步发展,病情均有不同程度的好转出院。结论:对本病不同证型的患者进行辨证施护,指导患者进行相应的护理,可提高治疗效果,防止致残及并发症,从而提高患者的自理能力和生活质量。

Objective ： To discuss the nursing based on syndrome differentiation and other nursing method of Wangbi. Methods ： 47 cases of Wangbi patients on the basis of drug treatment were given the traditional Chinese medicine nursing and herbal fumiga- tion, mental nursing,health guidance and other measures to alleviate the condition. Results：Among 47 patients,2 cases because of illness need surgical treatment,the other 45 patients had a significant pain relief, no further development of involved joints. Pa- tients had different degrees of improvement of discharge. Conclusion ： The patients of different syndrome types of the disease can be given nursing based on syndrome differentiation and instruction, which can improve the treatment effect, prevent disability and complications, so as to improve the patients＇ self- care ability and quality of life.
