摘要
运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对核心稳定性训练进行分析,对2012年9月在武汉举行的第十届全国大学生攀岩锦标赛走扁带的运动员的训练方法进行研究。经过9周训练后进行检验,并且通过比赛反映扁带运动员平衡能力的各项指标均取得了优秀的成绩,实验表明:核心稳定性训练能有效地提高走扁带运动员平衡稳定能力及肌肉的协调能力,有助于运动员技能的发挥。
Using literature review and experimentation, mathematical statistical methods, the author analyses the core stability training, and research on the training method of slaekline palyers in the 10th National Undergraduate Rock - climbing Champi- onships, September 2012 in Wuhan. After training for 9 weeks, the game resulted slackline palyers" various indicators of the balance ability were excellent. Experiments show that slackline palyers" balance ability and muscle coordination can be raised effectively by core stability training, which help them play skills.
