水分散阻燃型聚硅氧烷-聚氨酯嵌段共聚物的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以端氨烃基聚二甲基硅氧烷低聚物(NS)为扩链剂,具有阻燃性的含磷二元醇为原料之一,制备了分子链中同时含磷、硅、氮元素的水分散聚硅氧烷-聚氨酯嵌段共聚物(P-WPSUR),并用于棉织物的阻燃整理。研究了硅、磷含量对P-WPSUR阻燃性能的影响。结果发现,磷元素质量分数为7.1%、NS质量分数为20%的P-WPSUR乳液具有良好的离心稳定性、热稳定性与融冻稳定性,呈典型的剪切变稀流变行为;其胶膜的拉伸强度达4.2 MPa,与棉织物的180°剥离粘接强度达11.1 N/cm,与水的接触角达102°;经其整理的棉织物的垂直燃烧撕毁长度为95 mm,无阴燃、续燃,是一种综合性能良好的棉织物阻燃整理剂。 The block copolymer of a novel waterborne phosphorous-nitrogen-siloxane containing intumes- cent flame retardant copolymer WPSUR (P-WPSUR) was synthesized by containing polyols phosphorus, castor oil, polypropylene glycol, toluene diisocyanate (TDI), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and an amino-ter- minated polydimethylsiloxane (NS). The effects of silicon and phosphorus content on the flame-retardant of P-WPSUR were studied. Results show that the P-WPSUR with 7.1 wt% phosphorus content and 20 wt% si- loxane content possesses good centrifugal stability, high temperature stability and freezing stability. The tensile strength of the cotton textile treated with P-WPSUR is 4.2 MPa and the 180° bonding strength between P-WP- SUR and cotton textile is 11.1 N/cm. WPSUR also shows good water resistance with a water contact angle of 102°. The vertical combustion breaking length of the treated cotton fabrics is 95 mm without smoulder or com- bustion. The results suggest that it is a flame retardant finishing agent of cotton fabric with good comprehensive properties.
