摘要
分别将六甲基二硅氧烷、二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷、二氢四甲基二硅氧烷与正硅酸酯进行共水解缩聚反应,合成出甲基MQ硅树脂、乙烯基MQ硅树脂和含氢MQ硅树脂。利用热失重分析对3种MQ硅树脂在氮气气氛下的热降解行为和空气气氛下的热氧化降解行为进行了研究,结果表明,在氮气和空气气氛下,乙烯基MQ硅树脂的热稳定性均最优,甲基MQ硅树脂次之,而含氢MQ硅树脂最差。
The methyl MQ silicone resin, vinyl functional MQ silicone resin and H functional MQ resin were synthesized by cohydrolysis of ethyl silicate and a disiloxane such as hexamethyl disiloxane, tetramethyl divinyl disiloxane, and dihydrogen tetramethyl disiloxane, respectively. Thermal stability and thermo-oxidative stability of the three kinds of MQ silicone resins were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in nitrogen and air atmosphere. Results show that in nitrogen and air, the thermal stability of the vinyl functional MQ sili- cone resin is optimal, while that of the methyl MQ silicone resin comes the second, and that of the hydrogen functional MQ silicone resin is the worst.
