试件质量及传感器刚度对迟滞相频特性方法测量结果影响分析

摘要 针对试件无质量化和力传感器刚体化假设等因素对迟滞相频特性方法测量精度存在的影响,以试件拉压安装方式为例,首先推导了考虑粘弹性试件质量、力传感器刚度影响的改进测量方程,然后利用基于迟滞相频特性方法的测量系统对某阻尼材料动态力学性能进行了测量,最后通过基于经典测量方程与改进测量方程获得的材料参数的对比,分析了上述因素对材料力学参数测量结果的影响规律。 Because there are differences between the theoretical model and the practical measuring system, the precision of the HPFC method is effected seriously by the system's dynamic masses and the force transducer's stiffness. So, the improved measuring equations taking the factors mentioned above into account were obtained based on the theory of HPFC method and the improved mechanical models of the system, and then the laws how the system's dynamic masses and the force transducer's stiffness effected the results were analyzed respectively. This paper supplies theoretical gists for the measuring system and more accurate data-processing methods.
