摘要
转型期的中国亟需解决中国特色的人力资源管理问题:从物质富庶到精神满足,从追求财富到追求幸福。为了回应这一时代命题,2013年9月28~29日在武汉大学经济与管理学院召开了第2届“中国人力资源管理暨员工幸福管理国际论坛(2013)”学术研讨会。与会学者就中国人力资源管理的员工幸福管理研究、案例研究与管理实务、组织、团队、员工多层研究、领导力、雇佣关系与人力资本和创新与员工行为等主题进行了深入研讨。在介绍诸多学术观点的基础上,对相关问题进行简要评述。
The Human Resource Management problems with China's characteristics emerged from the transitional China is from affluent physical accumulation to mental fulfillment, from fortune purchasing to happiness purchasing. To answer this epoch proposition, the Second International Forum on Human Resource Management and Employee Happiness Management was held from 28th to 29th September 2013 in Economics and Management School of Wuhan University. Motif including happiness management, case study and practice, multi-level research, leadership, employment relationship, human capital and management of innovative behavior were discussed on the forum. Some highlights of viewpoint and research conclusions on the forum are compiled and concise comments are offered in this paper.
