摘要
对上海33个工业行业能源消耗、二氧化碳排放结构变化因素的研究发现:1.上海工业能耗和碳排放主要集中在石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业、化学原料及化学制品制造业和黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业。2.化学原料及化学制品制造业是上海工业能耗、碳排放的重点行业,从变化因素分析,能源消耗、碳排放强度的增长是能耗上升、碳排放增加的最主要因素。黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业对节能减排的贡献度最显著,从变化因素分析,能源消耗、碳排放强度的变化是推进节能减排的主要因素。3.化学原料及化学制品制造业和黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业可以通过内部产品结构的调整和升级赢得持续发展的空间,但是石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业的发展需要对企业结构的区域布局。
The study of emissions of factors of structure changing in energy consumption and carbon emissions among 33 Shanghai industrial sectors shows some information as follows: firstly, Shanghai industrial energy consumption and carbon emissions are mainly in petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industry, chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing industry and ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry. Secondly, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry are the main industry of Shanghai industrial energy consumption, carbon emissions. From the analysis of the factors of change, energy consumption, carbon emissions intensity of growth is the main factor of the increase of energy consumption, carbon emissions. Ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing on energy saving and emission reduction is the most significant contribution degree. From the analysis of the factors of change, energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions intensity change is the main factor to promote energy--saving emission reduction. Thirdly, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry can win sustainable development space through the adjustment and upgrading of product structure, but the development of petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing requires a regional distribution of enterprise structure.
