摘要
开发了一种用于制作汽车方向盘的聚氨酯自结皮泡沫配方。该配方采用全水发泡,以乙二醇和丁二醇为扩链剂,采用自制环保型催化剂,制成的泡沫表皮致密光滑。气味对比实验结果表明该泡沫气味较小,聚氯乙烯薄膜变色实验结果证明泡沫的胺散发量较小,并且雾化值仅为0.625 mg,即该泡沫具有较好的环境友好性。
The polyurethane integral skin foam formulation for making vehicle steering wheel was developed. The formulation was of all water-blowing. Using ethylene glycol and butanediol as chain extenders, using self-made environmental-friendly type catalyst, the surface skin of the prepared foam is compact and smooth. The odor contrast experiment results show that the odor of the foam is smaller. The polyvinyl chloride film discoloring experiment results show that the amine emission amount of the foam is smaller, the fog value is just 0.625 mg, namely the foam possesses good eco-friendly properties.
