摘要 运用道化学法对某偏二甲肼(UDMH)储库进行安全评价,得出了有无安全措施补偿的火灾爆炸指数、危险等级、暴露半径、暴露面积和暴露体积等。评价结果表明,补偿前伤害半径为59.4 m(对特定储库),补偿后伤害半径为35.05 m,说明采用安全措施补偿是很有必要的,为事故的风险预防和对UDMH储库的管理提供了依据。但是UDMH储库还需要进一步进行安全措施补偿的完善,使伤害等级进一步下降。 Dow chemistry method was adopted in security evaluation of a certain unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) storage depot, and the fire and explosion index, hazard grade, exposure radius, exposure area and exposure volume with and without the compensation of security measures were obtained. The evaluation results show that the damage radius is 59.4 m (for specific reservoir) without the compensation, the damage radius is 35.05 m with the compensation, so it is very necessary to take the compensation of security measures. The result provides a basis for the risk prevention of accident and the management of UDMH storage depot. But the UDMH storage depot needs further improvement for the compensation of security measures in order to further lower the damage level.
