摘要
矿用可移动式救生舱是井下紧急避险系统中的重要技术装备,为井下被困人员提供稳定可靠和保障齐全的维生空间,而热防护性能是直接影响救生舱救援效果的一个重要因素。对比原有救生舱隔热结构对提出的新型救生舱舱体隔热结构进行了研究,通过ANSYS Workbench对新型舱体进行了瞬态热分析,模拟救生舱舱内在高温环境条件下的温度变化,并对分析结果进行了总结评价。最后通过试验进行对比分析,验证了模拟分析的可靠性。
Mine removable refuge chamber is an important technical equipment in under- ground emergency refuge system, providing a relibable and complete safeguards space for the trapped workers. And thermal protective performance is an important factor, which directlly affect the miners' lives. In this paper, a new type of the heat insulation structure is proposed based On the original mine refuge chamber insulation structure, and study the two insulation structures theoretically. The teansient therrmal of new structure is analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench soft, to simulate the temperature changes of the inner refuge chamber and summarize the analysis results. Finally, through the true test, the experimental data and simulated data are analyzed, which vet ify the authenticity of the simulation analysis.
