摘要
目的探讨新据维、汉民族乳腺良恶性组织中Anexelekto(Axl)及其配体生长停滞特异性基因6蛋白(Growtharrest specific gene6,Gas6)的表达及其临床病胖意义。方法选择2006年1月-2007年1月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺外科收治的Ⅰ~Ⅲ期可手术且临床及病理资料完整的乳腺癌患者252例及乳腺良性增生21例,用免疫组化PV-9000法检测Axl及其配体Gas6的表达情况,分析其表达情况与临床病理指标的关系。结果作乳腺痛组织中Axl蛋白的阳性表达率为63.5%,明显高于正常对照组织的28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P〈50.05);Gas6在癌组织的阳性表达率为47.6%,明显高于正常对照组织的23.8%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。不同民族、不同年龄组、不同病理类型及不同分子分型组间Axl和Gas6蛋白的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);Axl和Gas6蛋白的刚性表达率随着肿瘤T分期及组织学分级的增高而增高,差异均具有统计意义(P〈0.05);红淋巴结有转移纰的Axl和Gas6蛋白的阳性表达率分别为70.4%、56.3%,明显高于淋巴结无转移组的50.9%和36.4%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在脉管有浸润组的Axl和Gas6蛋白的阳性表达率也明显高于无浸润组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论新疆维、汉民族良恶性病变组织中Axl、Gas6的表达水平与肿瘤的T分期、纰织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移及脉管浸润有密切关系。
Objective Comparatively analyse and research the different expressions of Axl and its ligand protein Gas6 in benign and malignant breast tissue of Xinjiang Uygur and Han women, and to explore its clinical pathological significance. Methods From January 2006 to January 2007, a total of 252 cases of stage I-III breast cancer patients were retrospectively analysed in Affiliated Tumor Hospital, all the patients were suitable for the surgery and their clinical and pathological datas were completely collected. The expression of Axl and Gas6 in 252 patients with breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical PV- 9000 method, and the relationship between its expression and clinical pathological parameters were analysed. Results The positive expression rate of Axl for breast cancer tissures is 63.5 %, significantly higher than the 28.6 % of the normal control tissues, the difference is statistically significant (P 〈0.05) ; positiveexpression rate of Gas6 for the cancer tissue is 47.6%, significantly higher than the 23.8% of the normal control group, the difference is statistically significant too (P〈0.05). the expression of Axl and Gas6 be- tween different ethnic groups, different age groups, different types of pathology and molecular type groups has no significant difference (P 〈0.05); with the increased tumor T stage and histological grade, the positive expression rates of Axl and Gas6 gradually increased, the differences are statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); Axl and Gas6 positive expression rate in lymph node metastasis group are 70.4% and 56.3% ,compared with the 50.9% and 36.4% in the group without lymph node metastasis, the difference has statistically significant (P 〈0.05) ; positive expression rates of Axl and Gas6 in Vascular infiltration group is significantly higher than the non-invasive group, the difference is statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Axl and Gas6 expression level is closely related to tumor T stage, histological grading, axillary lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion.
