摘要
目的分析新疆小茴香(Foeniculum vulgare Mill)根皮中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析法反复分离纯化技术,通过质谱分析、核磁共振等现代波谱技术对新疆小茴香根皮中的化学成分进行结构鉴定。结果从新疆小茴香中分离得到6种化合物:7-羟基-6-甲氧基香豆素(Scopoletin,Ⅰ)、5-羟甲基糠(5-Hydroxymethylfurfural,Ⅱ)、焦谷氨酸乙酯(5-oxo-2-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid;(±)-form,ETester,Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Dau—costerol,Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(β—Sitosterol,Ⅴ)、蔗糖(Sucrose,Ⅵ)。结论化合物I~Ⅲ为首次从茴香属植物中分离得到,为进一步研究新疆小茴香的化学成分提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the Foeniculum vulgare Mill from Xinjiang Province. Methods The constituents were separated and purified repeatedly by column chromatography together with MRI modern scan technology , and they were identified on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated from the root barks of Foeniculum vulgate Mill and their structures elucidated as Scopoletin ( II ), 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural ( II ), 5-oxo-2-pyrrolidinecar- boxylic acid, (±)-form, ET ester (III ) , Daucosterol ( IV ), Stigmasterol (V), Sucrose ( VI ). Conclusion Compounds I -III were ohtained from the genus Foeniculum for the first time.
