中西医结合治疗股骨头缺血性坏死临床观察

Clinical observation of combination of TCM and WM for avascular necrosis of femoral head

目的探讨中西医结合治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法将86例股骨头缺血性坏死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用髓心减压术治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中药汤剂口服及按摩疗法。两组均以20 d为1个疗程。结果治疗后对照组总有效率为83.72%(36/43),治疗组为93.02%(40/43);对照组优良率为60.47%(26/43),治疗组为81.40%(35/43),治疗组患者综合疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医手术疗法联合中医治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效确切,且经济、安全,提高了患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicint（TCM） and Western medicine （WM） in treating avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods 86 cases of avascular necrosis of femoral head were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 cases in each. The control group was treated with core decompression ,while the treatment group was added with TCM decoction and massages therapy on the basis of control group. 20 d as a course. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 83.72% （36/43） in control group and 93.02% （40/43） in treatment group;excellent rate was 60.47% （26/43） in the control group and 81.40% （35/43） in treatment group, and tile overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical therapy of WM combined with TCM has definite efficacy in treating of avascular necrosis of femoral head,which is economic and safe,and it greatly improves the patient＇s quality of life after recovery, so it is worthy of clinical application.
