摘要
目的了解中职护理学生的职业认同现状及影响因素,为中职护理学生职业认同教育提供参考。方法利用自行设计的量表,评估234名在读中职护理学生的职业认同状况。结果中职护理学生整体职业认同水平乐观,234名学生职业认同总体平均分为(72.31±9.80)分,职业自我认知平均得分为(39.51±5.92)分,职业自我体验平均得分为(23.81±3.49)分,职业自我控制平均得分为(8.97±2.49)分。家庭有无从事医疗相关行业对学生职业认同有明显影响(t=2.32,P<0.05),且在职业自我体验维度中有差异性(t=3.15,P<0.05);选择专业的初衷会影响学生职业认同的情况,因自身喜爱选择护理专业的学生职业认同得分要高于因听从家长安排、调剂、听别人推荐而选择护理专业的学生(P<0.05)。结论家庭环境、选择志愿初衷在一定程度上影响职业认同的发展。
Objective To understand the professional identity and its influence factors of the secondary vocational nurs- ing students, to provide some references for secondary vocational nursing students professional identity education. Methods With using self-designed scale, the professional identity of 234 secondary vocational nursing students was e- valuated. Results The level of overall professional identity was more optimistic. 234 students professional identity overall average score was (72.31±9.80) points, the average score of the professional self-cognition was (39.51±5.92) points, the average score of the professional self experience was (23.81±3.49) points, the aver'age score of the professional self control was (8.97±2.49) points. Whether family members work in the healthcare industry clearly affected the students professional identity status (t = 2.32, P 〈 0.05), the data of the professional self experience dimension had statistically significant difference (t = 3.15, P 〈 0.05). The purpose of choosing professional could affect students professional iden- tity. Professional identity score of the students who chosen professional because of interest higher than the students who chosen professional because of following the arrangement of the parents, dispensing and listening to others recommend. Conclusion The family environment and the purpose of choosing professional have some effects on nursing students professional identity.
