摘要
围产期可安全使用的药物有限,药物的安全性和孕妇用药后风险有待进一步评价。本综述结合我国围产期用药现状简要介绍围产期用药安全性的现存问题和围产期用药原则,强调针对围产期用药必须加强管理,遵循用药原则合理选择药物。
Drugs safely used in the perinatal period of pregnant women are limited. However, it＇s necessary to further evaluate drug safety and the risk of post medication for pregnant women. Based on current perinatal medication status, this review briefly describes the existing problems and the principle for perinatal medication in China. Strengthening the management ofperinatal medication through perinatal medication principle is emphasized.
