摘要
文章以概念整合理论为框架,旨在建构数字化、信息化时代下的高校图书馆员信息加工与整合的认知流程模式,即信息整合的过程就是"连接、冲洗、合流"的动态整合过程。在此过程之中,高校图书馆员应具备相关的百科知识、对社会常规的正确把握、丰富的人生经验、记忆以及准确的判断、推理能力。
Based on the conceptual integration theory, the paper constructs a cognitive flow of information processing and integration for college librarians in the digital and information age, which is the dynamic flow of linking, washing and converging. In this cognitive flow of information processing and integration, college librarians should meet the following requirements: relevant encyclopedic knowledge, accurate comprehension of soc;al conventions, rich life experience, memory, judgment and reasoning
