基于高校图书馆机构知识库构建要素分析研究

A Research on the Construction Essentiality of Institutional Repository in the University Libraries

机构知识库的功能是保存和展示高校及研究机构的学术成果,同时也是学术交流和资源共享的平台。文章借鉴美国、英国等国家以及我国台湾、香港地区一系列成功机构知识库的建设经验,并根据我国高校图书馆建设情况,提出机构知识库构建要素:构建需求分析、组建服务团队、建立成本模型、制作时间表、编制政策文件、选择软件平台。

The function of institutional repository is to conserve and show study achievements from the umiversities and academic institutions, and one platform of academic exchange and resource sharing. According to the successful experience of the construction of academic institutional repository at home and abroad such as in America, Britain and the current situation in China, the paper puts forward the construction elements of institutional repository, including constructing demand analysis, building service group, building cost model, setting time table, organizing policy document and selecting software.
