腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的效果比较

Clinical efficacy comparison of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery treatment for patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的对比分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月～2013年1月于本院进行治疗的120例异位妊娠患者，按照治疗方法将其分为两组，治疗组（n=60）行腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组（n=60）行开腹手术治疗，比较两组的术中出血量、不良反应等指标。结果治疗组的术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间、腹痛消失时间和住院时间均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）；治疗组伤口疼痛发生率和不良反应发生率分别为3．33％和11．67％，明显低于对照组的15．00％和35．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；治疗组的恢复工作、恢复家务劳动时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效更为显著，可于临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy comparison of laparoseopic surgery and open surgery treatment for patients with eetopic pregnancy. Methods 120 patients with eetopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013,they were divided into two groups, the treatment group （n=60） treated by laparoseopic surgery and the control group （n=60） treated by open surgery.The amount of bleeding,adverse reactions and lother indicators were ana- lyzed. Results After treatment,the blood loss,operative time,flatus,abdominal pain and hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.The wound pain and adverse reaction incidence rates of treatment group 3.33% and 11.67%,were significantly lower than that of the control group （15.00%,35.00%） （P〈 0.01）.The recovery time of return to work and housework in treatment group in treatment group was significantly less than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Laparoscopie surgery for ectopic pregnancy has more significant clinical efficacy and be available at clinical application.
