丙种球蛋白、环孢素、咖啡酸片联合治疗成人难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的效果观察

Effect observation of Gamma globulin,cyclosporine A,caffeic acid tablets in the treatment of adult refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的探讨丙种球蛋白、环孢素、咖啡酸联合治疗成人难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的效果。方法对21例成人难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者进行丙种球蛋白、环孢素、咖啡酸联合治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果治疗6个月,总有效率达71.4%,不良反应以多毛症状较为普遍,3例出现手颤症状,2例出现胃肠道反应,5例出现肝损伤。结论丙种球蛋白、环孢素、咖啡酸片联合治疗成人难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin,cyclosporine,coffee acid in the treatment of adult refractory idiopathic thromboeytopenic purpura.Methods 21 cases of patients with adult refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were given gamma globulin,cyclosporine,coffee acid combined treatment,the curative effect was observed.Results After 6 months treatment,the effective rate was 71.4%,adverse reactions to the hairy symptoms were more common,3 cases of hand tremor symptom,2 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,5 cases of liver injury.Conclusion The curative effect of gamma globulin,cyclosporine and caffeic acid tablets in the treatment of adult refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is obvious.is worth promoting.
