摘要
目的探讨肋单元法和脾指数法评估脾脏大小的准确性。方法采用128层螺旋CT对100例健康成年人进行腹部扫描，测量脾脏的上下径、长径、厚径和相应的肋单元数，并采用ADW4．5工作站计算脾脏体积。比较肋单元法与脾指数法评估脾脏大小的准确性。结果肋单元数的95％医学参考值范围为3-6．47；与肋单元数比较，脾指数更能反映脾体积大小：成年人脾体积与脾指数的回归方程：脾体积=0．445×脾指数＋29。结论脾脏大小与肋单元的相关性较差，与脾指数相关性良好。
Objective To explore the accuracy of rib unit method and spleen index in assessment of spleen size. Meth- ods 128-slice spiral CT was used for abdominal scan on 100 healthy adults to measure the vertical diameter,transverse diameter and posterior diameter of spleen and the homologous number of rib units.The spleen size was calculated by workstation ADW 4.5,the accuracy of rib unit method and spleen index in assessment of spleen size was analyzed and compared. Results 95% reference range for the number of rib units was 3-6.47.Compared with the number of rib units, spleen index was a better indicator of spleen size.The regression equation between adult spleen size and spleen index was：spleen size=0.d45×spleen index＋29. Conclusion Spleen size has poor correlation with rib unit but good correlation with spleen index.
