分阶段综合护理在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing in stages on patients with transnasal approach pituitary adenoma resection

目的探讨分阶段综合护理对经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者预后的影响。方法选择本院行经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除的患者52例,给予分阶段综合护理,观察护理效果。结果 52例垂体瘤切除患者术后合并电解质紊乱2例,尿崩症7例,经过分阶段综合护理及对症治疗,患者病情均好转。结论行经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除的患者在规范手术的基础上,应用分阶段综合护理,可提高手术成功率,减少不良反应及并发症,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in stages on prognosis of patients with trans- nasal approach pituitary adenoma resection. Methods 52 patients with trans-nasal approach pituitary adenoma resec- tion were given comprehensive nursing in stages, and the nursing results were summarized. Results In 52 cases of pa- tients with trans-nasal approach pituitary adenoma resection, electrolyte disturbances occurred in 2 cases, diabetes in- sipidus occurred in 7 cases. After comprehensive nursing and symptomatic treatment, all patients got recovery. Con- clusion Based on of standard operation, the application of comprehensive nursing in stages on patients with trans-nasal approach pituitary adenoma resection can improve the success rate of surgery, reduce the adverse reaction and compli- cation, worthy of application.
