随着信息化的快速发展，医院信息化发展迫在眉睫。要想在有限的医疗资源中占有一席之地，必须加强医院信息化建设，提升医院的软实力。本院2011-2013年信息化系统建设在网络方面的总体规划与分布实施方案，包含网络规划所遵循的原则及可扩展性、全院网络布局拓扑图、软件信息系统的总体规划和分布实施方案。探讨本院信息系统的组成与应用成效，详细介绍本院的门诊业务流程及住院业务流程，最后总结医院信息系统在建设运行中出现的问题及解决办法。

The hospital informationization development is imminent with the rapid development of information technol- ogy.To gain a foothold in the limited medical resources,the hospital must strengthen the construction of hospital in- formatization and improve the hospital＇s soft power.Our hospital from 2011 to 2013 in the field of network planning and distribution plan,including the principle of network planning and extensibility,the topology network layout, overall plan- ning and distribution plan of software information system.To discuss the composition of the hospital information system and application results.To introduce the business process of the hospital outpatient service and hospital business pro- cess.In the end,to summarize the problem and solution in construction and operation of hospital information system.
