摘要
目的探讨乳腺钼靶X线的摄影方法和影响摄影照片质量的因素。方法随机抽取乳腺钼靶摄影照片200份,分析乳腺照片的质量,评价影响照片质量的因素,观察不同体位的摄影特点及摄影手段,及其显示病灶的质量情况。结果 200例患者常规采取内外侧斜(MLO)位及头尾(CC)位两种体位,满足诊断要求者占98%。影响乳腺照片质量的因素主要有体位不标准、显像层次欠分明、划痕等。结论规范化操作乳腺钼靶检查,定期进行质量控制,耐心仔细地为患者检查,可提高乳腺钼靶片的图像质量,从而提高诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the correct method of mamography and the influence factors of imaging quality. Methods 200 photographs of mamography were randomly selected, then to analyze the breast photo quality, evaluate the factors affecting photo quality, observe the different characteristics of postural photography and photographic means, and the quality of lesions in breast photo. Results All of 200 cases bilateral breasts got mammography simultaneously, include both MLO position and CC position, the patients met the diagnosis requirement accounted for 98%. The major factors affecting the quality of breast photos were not standard position, no clear imaging level, scratches, etc. Conclu- sion Standardized molybdenum operation, regular quality control, careful check can improve mammogram photo quality, and provide good basis for clinical diagnosis.
