The 21th century is definitely going to be the knowledge economic and information century with comprehen- sive innovation and rapid development of science and technology.Creative personnel training is obviously the duty of advanced education,this research provides the comments,advices and strategies according to the status of medical col- lege training course analyzed during the research.The research results will improve the training techs and teaching course regulations and provide the technical support to the other medical colleges.
