摘要
目的评价自我管理教育在肾脏移植受者围术期中的应用效果。方法按照随机对照试验研究设计,将66例自愿参加本次调查的肾脏移植受者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组接受自我管理教育,对照组接受常规健康教育,比较两组的自我管理水平。结果观察组的自我管理水平评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我管理教育在肾脏移植受者围术期中应用,可提高受者的自我管理水平。
Objective To evaluate application effect of self-management education on kidney transplant recipient in perioperative period.Methods 66 cases with kidney transplant recipients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to randomized controlled trial design.Self-management education was used in observation group,routine health education was used in control group.Self-management level of two groups was compared.Results Self-management level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).Condusion Self-management education applied on kidney transplant recipient in perioperative period can improve the level of self-management level.
