四手操作技术在口腔科门诊实施的研究

Study of four hand operation technology implenmented in the department of stomatology

目的研究四手操作技术在口腔外科中的临床治疗效果，为四手操作技术在口腔科的实施提供参考。方法回顾性分析本院2011年12月～2012年12收治的120例牙髓牙体病症患者的临床资料。将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组各60例。研究组采用四手操作技术，对照组采用非四手操作技术。比较两组患者的手术时间、满意度、医护人员操作时锐器伤害发生率。结果研究组的手术时间显著低于对照组，满意度得分显著高于对照组，锐器伤害发生率显著低于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论在口腔外科治疗过程中，采用四手操作技术能显著提高工作效率，降低意外发生率，提高患者的满意程度。值得在口腔外科推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of four hand operation technology in oral surgery to provide a reference to the implementation of four hand operation technology in the department of stomatology. Methods The data of 120 patients with tooth pulp disease in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided in the research group （n=60） and the control group （n=60）.Four hand operation technology was applied in the research group while non four hand operation technology was applied in the control group.The operation time,satisfaction and occurrence rate of sharps injuries when medical staff operating of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group ,the score of satisfaction in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group ,the occurrence rate of sharps injuries in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0,05）. Conclusion Four hand operation technology can significantly increase work effiency in oral surgery treatment,reduce incidence rate of accident,improve patients＇satisfaction.h is worthy of clinical promotion and application in oral surgery.
