摘要
急性肺损伤(ALI)是急性呼吸窘迫综合征的前期表现,严重时可发展为多器官功能障碍综合征,具有较高的发病率及病死率。目前对于ALI的治疗主要以机械通气和对症治疗为主,但病死率仍居高不下。随着干细胞研究的深入,骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)对ALI的治疗作用被逐渐认可。在大量研究的基础上,本研究归纳了BMSCs通过增殖分化、抑制炎症反应、免疫调节等方面治疗ALI的机制与特点。
Acute lung injury (ALI) is the early performance of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS),severe cas- es can develop into multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS),with higher morbidity and mortality.At present,the treatment of ALl are mainly composed of mechanical ventilation and symptomatic treatment,but it still with high fatali- ty rate.With the deepening of stem cell research,the therapeutic effect of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in AL! is gradually recognized.On the basis of the large number of research,this study summarizes the char- acteristics and the mechanism BMSCs through Proliferation differentiation,inhibiting the inflammatory response and im- mune regulation of treatment ALL
