摘要
以促进剂二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTD)作为橡胶再生剂,通过机械化学法对废旧轮胎胶粉进行再生,探讨了再生时间和TMTD用量对再生效果的影响。结果表明,随着TMTD用量的增加和再生时间的延长,再生胶的溶胶含量升高,交联密度降低,加工性能得到改善,再生硫化胶的力学性能得到提高;随着TMTD用量的增加,再生胶的储能模量变化不大,损耗模量和损耗因子先升高后降低。通过扫描电镜的观察,可知用TMTD再生硫化胶的拉伸断面较光滑。在TMTD用量为1.0份(质量)、再生时间为10 min时的再生效果最好。
The ground rubber tire was regenerated by mechanochemieal method with tetramethyl thiuram disulfide (TMTD) as reclaiming agent, and the influences of regeneration time and TMTD amount on regeneration were studied. The results showed that the sol content in reclaimed rubber raised,crosslinking density dropped, processing performance improved and the mechanical properties of reclaimed vulcanizate increased with the increase of TMTD amount and the extension of regeneration time. The storage modulus of reclaimed rubber had little change, and its loss modulus and loss factor increased first and then decreased as the amount of TMTD increased. The tensile fracture of reclaimed vulcanizate was found to be smooth by scanning electron microscope. And the best regeneration was achieved at TMTD 1.0 phr and the regeneration time 10 min.
