摘要
在分析目前新型水文测量仪器、通讯技术、计算机软件特点的基础上,根据水文业务的需求,开发了水文实时流量在线监测系统。系统介绍了水文实时流量在线监测系统的整体框架、野外监测点组成、水位流速数据采集方法、数据传输技术、流量监测中心的功能等。系统的开发大大提高了河流流量监测密度,降低了人工测流的工作强度,并可自动捕获洪峰过程,为长期实时监测河流流量提供了有效的手段。
Based on analysis of new type hydrology measurement device, communication technology, computer software etc. and according to the requirement of hydrological business, a real time discharge monitoring system was developed. This paper gives a comprehensive and systematic introduction to the general frame, the composition of field monitoring points, collection method of water level and flow velocity, data transmission technology and the function of discharge monitoring center etc. The de velopment of the system greatly increases the monitoring frequency of river discharge, reduces labor intensity of discharge meas urement, and can automatically catch flood peak and provides effective means for long period and real time monitoring of river discharge,
