数字摄像头和生物显微镜对显微图像定量分析的影响

摘要 目的探讨数字摄像头和生物显微镜对显微图像定量分析的影响情况。方法以物镜测微尺为研究标定,将不同数字摄像头安装同一生物显微镜(不同摄像头组)和同一数字摄像头安装不同生物显微镜(不同显微镜组)后对测微尺进行摄像,应用图像分析软件分别测试不同测微尺图像每微米所代表的像素值,并对测试结果进行分析比较。结果 CX31显微镜下DPIXEL200、DP520DC、MD20、YM310和DP26所摄取的测微尺图像每微米所代表的像素值分别为(2.398±0.011)、(5.217±0.019)、(4.770±0.012)、(4.764±0.020)和(4.437±0.023),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);而CX31、CX41、B204TR和BK-FL4显微镜下DPIXEL200摄取的测微尺图像每微米所代表的像素值分别为(2.398±0.011)、(2.400±0.009)、(2.409±0.013)和(2.395±0.012),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字摄像头对显微图像定量分析影响明显,而生物显微镜则影响不明显。 Objective To explore the effect of digital video camera and biomicroscope on quantitative analysis of microscopic image.Methods The images of objective micrometer in different digital video camera (different camera group) and the same digital camera to install different biological microscope (different biomicroscope group).The representative pixels of per micrometer were tested by image analysis software,and the test results of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The pixels representing per micrometer of DPIXEL200,DP520DC,MD20,YM310,DP26 on CX31 microscope were (2.398±0.011),(5.217±0.019),(4.770±0.012),(4.764±0.020),(4.437±0.023) respectively,the differences were high statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).The pixels representing per micrometer of DPIXEL200 on CX31,CX41,B204TR,BK-FL4 microscope were (2.398±0.011),(2.400±0.009),(2.409±0.013),(2.395±0.012) respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05).Conclusion Digital video camera has significant influence on quantitative analysis of microscopic image,and biomicroscope has not obvious effect.
