透氧性硬性角膜接触镜矫治屈光参差性弱视效果观察

Clinical Observation of Oxygen Permeability of Hard Corneal Contact Lens in Treatment of Anisometropic Amblyopia

目的观察高透氧性硬性角膜接触镜(RGP)治疗青少年屈光参差性弱视的疗效。方法选择2009年4月—2011年12月门诊经规范眼视光学检查,诊断屈光参差性弱视的青少年128例(221眼),其中68例(116眼)纳入观察组,配戴RGP矫正视力;60例(105眼)纳入对照组,配戴框架眼镜,并行增视能弱视训练。观察两组矫正视力后1、3、6、12个月视力,并与治疗前比较。结果随访终点,观察组和对照组有效率分别为67.2%和44.5%(P<0.05),1年基本治愈率分别为45.0%和12.3%(P<0.05)。观察组未发现严重接触镜并发症。结论 RGP较框架眼镜具有良好的光学优越性,对于屈光参差性儿童弱视可取得良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of high oxygen permeability of hard corneal contact lens （RGP） in treatment of adolescent anisometropic amblyopia.Methods A total of 128 teenagers （221 eyes） were diagnosed as having anisometropic amblyopia during April 2009 and December 2011 by standard optometry check,and 68 patients （116 eyes,observation group） wore RGP to correct visual acuity; 60 patients （105 eyes,control group） wore glasses and underwent training of intensive vision and amblyopia training.Corrected visions of the two groups 1 st,3rd,6th and 12th months after the correction were observed,and compared with those before treatment.Results The effective rate of observation group and control group were 67.2％ and 44.5％ respectively at the end of the follow-up （P ＜0.05）,and the curative rate 1 year later were 45％ and 12.3％ respectively （P ＜ 0.05）.There was no severe complications of contact lenses in observation group.Conclusion Compared with framed glasses,RGP has better optical superiority,and better therapeutic effect in children with anisometropic amblyopia.
