摘要
目的用SIRIUS 3D角膜地形图眼前节分析系统和A超角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度,并比较其结果差异。方法连续选择拟行准分子激光手术者366例(732只眼),分别应用SIRIUS 3D角膜地形图和TOPCON-3000A超仪测量中央角膜厚度,比较两者测定值及其相关性。结果 A超所测角膜厚度平均(534.02±1.099)μm,SIRIUS3D角膜地形图测量角膜厚度平均(533.20±1.068)μm,二者比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.468,P=0.000),两种测量方法所测结果呈显著正相关(r=0.954,P=0.000)。结论 SIRIUS 3D角膜测厚仪和A超角膜测厚仪各有其优势及劣势,应两种方法结合使用,准确评估角膜厚度,以保证手术安全性。
Objective To compare the difference in measurement of central corneal thickness (CCT) by SIRIUS 3D corneal topography of anterior segment analysis system and A-type ultrasonic corneal pachymeter.Methods A total of 366 patients (732 eyes),who would undergo excimer laser surgeries,were continuously selected.The CCT was measured respectively by Sirius 3D corneal topography and TOPCON-3000 A type ultrasonic corneal pachymeter,and the measured value and their correlation were compared.Results The mean CCT values were (534.02 ± 1.099) μm measured by A-type ultrasonic corneal pachymeter,and (533.20 ± 1.068) μm measured by SIRIUS 3D corneal topography,and the differences were statistically significant (t =2.468,P < 0.001) ; 2.The results measured by the two methods showed a high correlation (r =0.954,P =0.000) ; there were positive correlations in results measured by the two methods (r =0.954,P =0.000).Conclusion SIRIUS 3D corneal topography and A-type ultrasonic corneal pachymeter have their own advantages and disadvantages.To evaluate the corneal thickness exactly,the two methods should be combined to guarantee the operative safety.
