摘要
文章设计一种以半钢同轴线制作的近场法向电场探针,应用到电磁场三维近场成像仪上,检测射频电路表面电场;从耦合角度分析探针并阐释其工作原理,制作得到了一个低成本、加工简单、实用的近电场探针。由理论数据、仿真数据及实测数据比较和分析的结果显示,探针具有良好的耦合性能及分辨率。
In this paper, a near field probe made of semi-steel coaxial cable is presented to measure nor- mal component of electric field, h can be applied to the three-dimensional electromagnetic field imager to detect the RF circuit surface electric field. The operation principle of the probe is explained from the point of coupling. A practical near electric field probe with low cost and simple processing is made. The theoretical data, simulation data and measured data are analyzed and compared, and the results show that the probe has good coupling performance and good resolution.
