化学复合镀制备锂离子电池硅薄膜负极材料

摘要 在铜箔上分别采用Cu-Si和Ni-Si化学复合镀制备锂离子电池硅薄膜负极材料,并对其结构与性能进行了研究。经X-射线衍射分析测试证明,Si粉不能与Cu共同沉积在铜箔上。经X-射线光电子能谱分析和扫描电子显微分析表明,Ni-Si化学复合镀能形成较好的复合物薄膜,且通过研究Ni-Si复合物薄膜的电化学性能表明,Ni-Si化学复合镀材料的首次充放电库仑效率高达87%,首次充放电后容量衰减仅为1%左右,电化学性能较为理想。 Silicon film cathode material for lithium ion battery was prepared on copper foil with the method of Si-Cu and Si-Ni chemical composite plating and its structure and function had been studied.X-ray diffraction showed that Si powder could not be co-deposited together with Cu on the Cu foil.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope analysis showed that the Si-Ni chemical composite plating could form a better complex film.It was indicated that the first charge-discharge coulombic efficiency could reach to 87% through electrochemical performance researching of the Si-Ni composite thin films,which meant that the capacity reduction was only 1% after the first charge-discharge and the electrochemical properties were rather ideal.
