摘要
介绍了钻具螺纹粘扣现象、粘扣机理以及不同类型防粘扣方法的优缺点。通过分析对比指出,具有高熔点低硬度的镀铜方法是防止螺纹发生粘扣的有效途径,同时,针对现有镀铜技术的优缺点,指出未来镀铜应着重于镀液环境友好、镀层与基体结合力良好和沉积速率快等方向发展。
Drill thread galling phenomena and mechanism,as well as advantages and disadvantages of different types of anti-galling methods are introduced in this paper.Through analysis and comparison,we find that copper plating is the effective way to prevent thread galling due to low hardness and high melting point of the copper.Also,it's pointed out that the future developmental direction of copper plating should focus on environment-friendly performance,good adhesion and high deposition speed.
