摘要
目的 通过研究 Ti_ Zr合金铸造收缩率 ,为临床选择最佳的铸模温度提供参考依据。方法 采用马蹄形试样 ,对 Ti_ Zr合金、钝钛及 Ti6 A14V合金在三种铸模温度下的铸造收缩率进行评价。结果 Ti_ Zr合金在三种温度下与纯钛的铸造收缩率无显著差异 ,而明显低于 Ti6 A14V合金 ;室温铸造时 ,其收缩率明显高于 30 0℃及 6 0 0℃组 ,而 30 0℃组与 6 0 0℃组之间无显著差异。结论 为保证临床义齿铸造精度 ,铸造 Ti_ Zr合金时铸模温度应在 30
WT5”BZ]Objective To evaluate the shrinkage of Ti_Zr alloy after casting and find out the reasonable mold temperature for casting Ti_Zr alloy in clinic. Methods At three mold temperatures the standard patten’s shrinkage values of Ti_Zr alloy, pure Titanium and Ti6A14V alloy were examined. Results When casting at three mold temperatures, the shrinkage values of Ti_Zr alloy and pure titanium were significantly decreased comparing with Ti6A14V alloy. A significant increase in shrinkage values was also found for Ti_Zr alloy castings between room mold temperature and higher mold temperatures(300℃ and 600℃) Conclusion The optimal mold temperature for Ti_Zr alloy casting is 300℃.
