摘要
北京市公立医院改革对医院医疗保险管理提出了新要求,北京市某三甲医院采用SWOT分析法深入分析医院面对改革时的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,对医院医疗保险管理功能重新定义,制定策略并实施,从多部门联合共同转变管理方式、开发利用信息系统合理制定指标、多维度公平考核激励、有效宣传沟通4个方面进行改进,取得了一定效果。
The public hospitals reform in Beijing proposed new requirements for the health insurance management in hospital. SWOT method was used to analyze the actual situation in hospital. By redefined the function of the health insurance management, the hospital made and practiced the strategies:changing the management model, developing the information system, formulating the target reasonable, assessing multidimensional, communicating and publicizing effectively. The strategies achieved a certain effect.
