摘要
对30Cr1Mo1V汽轮机高中压转子轴颈部位出现的偏析痕迹缺陷进行解剖,分析出现偏析的原因,对缺陷进行定性,并根据产品特性提出工艺改进措施,起到了良好效果。
The segregation trace defect occurred on the journal neck of the HP ＆ MP steam turbine rotor of 30Cr1Mo1V has been anatomized , the cause of the segregation and the nature of the defect have been determined , and also the process has been improved based on the characteristics of product , which has obtained good results .
