摘要
通过测定两种不同化学成分高强度钢的相变临界点、金相组织、维氏硬度以及连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),考察了化学成分差异对齿条材料的相变、组织和力学性能的影响,并对其原因进行了分析。
Through the determination of the critical point of phase transformation, metallurgical structure, Vickers hardness and continuous cooling transformation curve ( CCT curve) of high-strength steels with two kinds of different chemical compositions, this article investigates the effects of chemical compositions differences on the phase transformation, microstructure and mechanical properties of gear rack material.
