105例普外患者手术前后舌象变化的观察

Clinical Observation of Tongue Picture Before and After General Surgery in 105 Patients

为探讨普外手术前后舌象变化的规律 ,将 10 5例普外患者分成非腹部手术、腹部择期手术及腹部急诊手术 3组 ,分别观察术前、术后 6～ 8小时、术后禁食第 1、2、≥ 3天及术后进食第 1、2、≥ 3天 8个时间段的舌象。结果 :腹部择期手术组术前腻苔占 4 5 7% ,腹部急诊手术组在术后进食第 2、≥ 3天黄苔比术前低 ,各组手术后 6～ 8小时少津比例增多 ,腹部手术两组于术后进食第 2、≥ 3天及术后进食第 1天总腻苔率均比术前高 ,且比同时段非腹部手术组高。由结果可见 ,普外手术后 6～ 8小时少津舌象增多 ,腹部手术患者术后舌象呈少津→苔腻→正常的变化。

To investigate the law of the change of tongue picture in the patients before and after general surgery,105 patients were classified into 3 groups:group A(suffering non-abdominal section),group B(suffering timely abdominal section)and group C(suffering emergency abdominal section).The tongue pictures before surgery,6～8 hours after surgery,1,2 and more than 3 days after surgery and fasting,and 1,2 and more than 3 days after surgery and diet.Results showed that 45 7% of patients in group B have greasy coating before surgery;patients in group C have less yellowish coating 2 or more than 3 days after surgery than before surgery;increasing patients have fluid on tongue;in patients suffering abdominal section,more patients 2 or more than 3 days after surgery and diet have greasy coating than those 1 day after surgery and diet,also than those suffering non abdominal section.Hence,patients 6～8 hours after general surgery have less fluid on tongue;and the tongue of patients after abdominal surgery turns from less fluid to greasy coating and to normal.
