摘要
某高层建筑地下商业部分建筑面积超过20 000m2,采用避难走道进行分隔。利用消防安全工程学的方法,针对避难走道的方案能否保证其内部人员安全疏散的问题提出优化调整方案,并借助人员疏散计算机模拟探讨地下商业建筑人员疏散过程的规律,确定合理可行的避难走道及相关防火设计方案,保证地下商业建筑内人员的安全疏散。为地下商业建筑的合理设计提供建议,也可为类似工程的防火设计提供参考。
The commercial space of the underground commercial part of a high-rise building is over 20 000 m2 , which is separa- ted by exit passageway. Using the method of fire safety engi- neering, according to the problems of whether it can guarantee that the people in the building evacuate safely, optimized ad- justment programs was proposed. With the aid of evacuation computer simulation analysis software, the underground com- mercial building evacuation procedure rules was discussed, a reasonable and viable exit passageway and related fire protection design was determined, So as to guarantee the safety evacuation of people within underground commercial building. This paper can provide recommendations for the rational fire-protection de- sign of underground commercial building, and it can also pro- vide a reference for the fire-protection design of similar pro jeers.
